Wonderful checkin experience, very nice resort style hotel. The draw back was the numerous wedding pick ups and drop off of guest was very noise if you were n the street level side , I wood rate “ very great”

Nice clean room. Wonderful shower. Easy check in and out. Ticking sound in heating unit and TV was annoying. Put us on 1st floor nearest to lobby… I suppose that was because we were there for one night.

Unwanted upgrade
I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for my son and I. When we arrived the employee at the desk said we were upgraded to a Jr suite with a king bed with a pull out couch. When i said my six ft three son has to sleep on the sleeper couch she rudely said there is nothing she could do. We were then given a bag of linens to make his bed. When we went online it showed they had queen rooms available.
