Less than 10 minutes to the Beach! 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, private heated pool home, with garage. Pool is not heated from April through September, because it is not needed in Florida during that time. Close to I95, and only a15 minutes to the Space Coast Sports Complex. Just under an hour to Kennedy Space Center, and just over an hour to Disney World, and the Orlando attractions.

The Perfect Getaway!

Kelli’s sunset Getaway had it all! It was the perfect place for our week getaway. It had the perfect setup and many ways to have fun. The pool was so relaxing for those hot days and our furry family loved running around in the backyard. The gaming table and pool toys were also an extra bonus! Kelli was a great host and gave great recommendations for a wonderful restaurant for my birthday dinner! We would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Everything perfect

My family and the four legged children loved every second here! The house was beautifel, clean, and close to everything. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the dogs and perfect for privacy. The house has a dart board and pool table. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close to everything. We went to the Sebastian Inlet State Park, an alligator airboat tour at Camp Holly, the Brevard Zoo and a treasure museum. All were not too far and awesome! We ate some delicious food at Charlie and Jake's bbq, Southern Sisters Cafe, Squid Lips, Bunky's and Meg O Mally's. We cooked at the house a lot, and used the bbq. We were there a little over a week and didn't want to leave. The beds were comfortable along with the couches which have four reclining chairs and two rock. The owners were awesome and respond almost immediately. We will most definitely stay here again! Miss it already!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was perfect, house was clean and open, neighbor hood was quiet and beds were so comfy. Plenty of floats in the garage for the pool and also a pool table that we got to use! Plenty of beach towels also. We were about 20 minutes to cocoa beach but away from the crowd and only 10ish minutes to the closest beach. Over all great location and we’ll definitely be back!

Cute home, Great location

My 2 adult kids, 2 furry kids and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this house. Upon entering it was very clean and cheerful. The dining table could sit 6 comfortably and there were bar stools at the counter. The kitchen was well stocked, could have used a few storage containers for leftovers, otherwise it was great. Dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, foil, plastic baggies, Tide pods,, soap, shampoo and conditioner were all provided. Nice amount of towels for bathrooms and pool. The bedding was so soft, the towels were super soft. Would have been nice to maybe have a throw for the sofa to cuddle under while watching TV. The wifi worked great. The pool was amazing!!! Went swimming daily. The neighborhood was very quiet and has sidewalks for taking dog walks. Lots of places nearby for food and shopping. Would definitely stay at this home again

Great Place. Perfect for families

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the right size for us (3 adults, 2 kids plus family from the area visiting for the day). Everything worked and the place was very clean. The kids especially enjoyed the pool which is heated to about 87 -88 degrees. This meant the kids were able to spend as much time as they wanted without turning blue. The location is very central to the beaches. It is near the airport but in 7 days I only heard one large plane. The beach gear provide was a big help. The owners were very helpful including replacing an LP tank on Easter morning. It was nice to meet them. You could tell that they have invested in this property. We hope to return in 1 -2 years to visit family.

Pictures Doesn’t do this house justice for how amazing this house was, beds were very comfortable, stacked with pillows very clean, the house has bars of soap and laundry detergent, pool was perfect temperature and very nice propane grill

Wonderful!!

Loved the house! Everything was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. We used door dash and had groceries delivered with no issues!! The pool was amazing! The owner keeps the pool at a comfortable temperature to swim all year long! Our kids swam everyday! Would totally stay here again!
