Very nice hotel, staid there for 3nights! The size off the room was not big or small, we were 3 adult's and it was comfortable to move around. There was only one issue, that the shower stalls had pink water stains, we asked for room service the next day hoping to see the shower cleaned unfortunately all we got a fresh towels and some toilet paper, the bathroom floor was not cleaned and the shower stalls still had the pink water stains. I hope the management will take this in to a consideration, and give specific instructions to the housekeeping team. After all their work directly impacts guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation!

Very disappointed....we have stayed at this Avid several times while visiting family, but you have lost us as a customer.....we, along with staff could not get us online with wifi and had to use our phones....will stay at Hampton next door to Avid from now on

I liked the 24 hour coffee and tea available, the gym, and how close the hotel is of the zoo and a lot of eating options around. A wafle machine in the breakfast could be an improvement.
