Home Base Near National Parks and Wineries
This was the perfect home away from home while we visited wineries in the area and spent a day at Crater Lake National Park and a day at Redwood National and State Parks. We also went shopping at the Flagship Harry and David's store right down the road. This property is comfortable, exceptionally clean and a very nice neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Perfect for our needs!
My husband and I and our sweet niece, who graciously acted as our chauffeur, stayed at this very cute duplex while attending a family reunion/brother's BD celebration. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and the host had lots of unexpected "extras" awaiting us. The goody basket on the bar, bowl of candy on the coffee table, everything needed for coffee and tea, and the lovely fruit and cheese platter we were surprised to find in the fridge made it extra special. My niece was looking forward to trying the local wine that was provided with her husband when she got home. The location was very convenient to the freeway, my nephew's home, and any shopping we needed to do. I highly recommend this home.

Lovely & Thoughtful
Our host was lovely, as was her property! She was quick to respond when reached, and left thoughtful and informative notes around the house to aid us in our stay. If you haven’t checked out the giraffe paintings in the guest bedroom, you must. We were met with welcome treats upon arrival and wishes for safe travels home from her housekeeper. Location of property is convenient and quiet. Theme of the home is whimsical and sweet.

Family visit to SOU, wineries and Shakespeare
Place was neat and tidy. Used the washer/dryer, and BBQ, which all worked. ROKU TV is nice feature. House is near 3 grocery stores and many restaurant choices. Only downside is we are tall people so the queen bed was too soft for our size.

The Best Host and Comfortable Stay
We've stayed at this property at least one time per year for several years now. This trip we had some unforeseen circumstances happen that left us needing more time in the valley than we had anticipated. Kathie went so far above and beyond to help my family and accommodate our needs, she is truly the most amazing person. I also appreciate that we always know the house will be clean, there will be something special welcoming us when we arrive, and the space will be comfortable; like our home away from home.

Home away from home!
Kathie truly thinks of everything. The place had such nice decor it helped feel right at home. It was stocked with everything we could think of and then some. The location was great. Close to everything you could need shopping wise, but easy to get to other places to explore like Ashland and Jacksonville. The host really want to make sure your stay is special, you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Thank you Kathie!

Super cute, stay here not a hotel
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this adorable duplex. The property manager is very attentive to detail with all the amenities, yummy snacks and adorable decor. This property is at a great location in Medford, too. I look forward to staying here again, even though I have family who live 30 minutes away, it will feel like a staycation. You won’t regret staying here!

Rescheduled trip
We had a trip planned, including staying at Zany Zoo, but had a death in the family at the last moment. Kathie was so gracious to offer a refund even though we were past the cancellation time, with the assurance from us that we would reschedule. We traveled the next month, and the stay was perfect. There were accommodations for the 18 month old, snacks and wine for the grownups, and a relaxing space to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

Comfort after a hectic day
When we first arrived we were greeted with a ‘hello’ note & a gift for my grandson. There were vases filled with flowers & snacks on the counter. It was awesome. After hours of attending a hockey camp for my grandson each day we all just wanted to go ‘home’, relax, and sleep. This house provides that comfort. We had all the amenities we needed to have a cup of coffee, cook a meal, or store food we brought. It was the closest we could get to home without actually being there. It was wonderful.

Always the Best Place in Town!
We've stayed at Kathie's property more times than I can count, it feels like home away from home every time! She's flexible, responsive, and keeps everything in order. We look forward to many more visits to the valley and stays at either side of the Zany Zoo!

This is a rental dream—no surprises and even better than described. Excellent and prompt communication with host. Clear instructions for checkout. Bottle of local wine was an unexpected and lovely touch. Fun decor! Easy access to local shopping and sites. We’ll definitely be back.
