This is a very good place, I stay here a few times every year. Grants Pass has a number of nice places, this is usually my first choice depending on price. Good breakfast.

Clean, comfortable beds and convenient location. The only thing that was an issue was the sound of the heater, it was obviously dated and extremely loud. It sounded like a swamp cooler and everytime it kicked on it would wake me up. I didn’t sleep because of it. I would stay here again if I had a different room with a quieter unit.

Beautiful location, but overall disappointing
The location was great and the room was clean, but we did not sleep any of the 3 nights we were there because it was so loud. There were people drinking and yelling until after 4am the first night so we purchased earplugs. The second night I notified the front desk at about 1am because we were again woken up regardless of wearing earplugs. I had to call again at 2am to ask the front desk again to assist. The third night was just as bad and there was a dog barking anytime the people would come in or out from the front entryway, which was about every 15-20 minutes. I understand neighbors being noisy, but was rather upset that the hotel did not make more of an effort to accommodate a restful environment; especially since the noise was mostly outside in the common area. Additionally, be aware that there are no true ADA rooms. Taking stairs is required for all of the rooms as the elevator was not working and the first floor is down below street level. The shower in the listed ADA room is a step over into a tub shower, but they did provide a shower bench.
