Elevator was out of service so it was a challenge for disabled guest to climb stairs. Would have been impossible for guest to get luggage up the stairs. Co-traveler was able to assist getting luggage to the upstairs room. Desk clerk did offer to help with luggage, so that was a good thing

Construction/roof repair going on during stay, so perhaps some negativity due to this. The noise level outside doors was high and the mattresses were mediocre. However, the staff was great and welcoming and overall, while an older property, it was clean and well kept
