A clean, spacious room with good furniture and facilities. Staff is friendly and polite. There is no luggage cart so moving things from car to room can be cumbersome if your car is not parked near your room.

I don’t know how this place got so many good reviews. I’m sure it might have been nice….40 years ago. The carpeting looks that old and dirty, and there’s no excuse for not up keeping the place for those rates. Water took forever to warm up, and was low pressure. Heat wasn’t on in winter, and heater looks older than the carpet. I cringe thinking about it spewing mold, as the vent was dirty.

Bathroom was dirty with lots of hair in the bathtub and some soap residue where the soap bar was, meaning the bathtub was never cleaned. Carpet was very dirty and stained. Free breakfast selection is bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt and cream cheese

A mixed bag
The young woman working at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We did not have a good experience as the heating unit was noisy. The bed was positioned in a way that the heated air blew directly at us all night and the vents are not adjustable. We woke up several times due to this and the mattress was no comfortable. On our return from WA, we opted to stay elsewhere. The location was convenient and about a mile from the heart of Ashland. It was quiet at night which was good.

This property was exceptional…staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included and was well staked with plenty of beverage selections. Non affiliated Restaurant was on same site and food there was very good. Very convenient and would definitely stay there again.

This was my third stay at the Flagship Inn. I have been driving back and forth from Portland to California and it is now my go to overnight. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I always feel safe and comfortable. Recommended!
