Great Place to Stay
The reviews are right. Clean, comfortable, convenient. We needed to check in very late and were in touch a couple of times with the front desk staff. Always pleasant and kind. Always helpful. Breakfast included Golden Malted Waffles. Enough said. Would definitely recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only negative points were that we 1) found correspondence and room key from previous guests. 2) found a small bug jumping around on the bed. This caused one of our party to question the cleaning persons standards.

As one of the cheapest options I could find in Ashland, this wasn't bad for the price. Spacious room with large refrigerator, clean, good amenities, and A/C seemed to work okay. The nearby Mexican restaurant wasn't bad either! Didn't try the pool. It's not really walkable to the Shakespeare Festival, but it's right across from the university, so lots of coffee spots nearby.

Decent overnight in Ashland
One night stay after seeing friends, and this place was fine, except the breakfast was below average, with a broken coffeemaker. Otherwise it’s comfortable and not costly

Good value for the money for an overnight stay while in the road. The Mexican restaurant in front of the motel was excellent and we could take out as well. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. Hair in many places. Beds good. TV was an older digital, with the picture not very good. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Nice to have a freezer section in the mini fridge. Nice to have a table to eat at in the room. Good breakfast.Quiet rooms and area. Friendly staff. Pool area was nice and had barbecue’s. Ashland is a very pretty town. We would stay here again for a night.

It was an older style hotel but the room was nice, had a comfortable mattress and was clean. We had a great stay there. Breakfast wasn’t much but there is a good breakfast restaurant , Morning Glory a couple doors down.
