The person that checked me in, charged me for the room in additional to the incidentals and resort fee. This is no resort. Then, when I asked the person to make the correction, I was told that it could not be done. I was also told that I should have looked at the total before hitting ok. When I asked if it was possible to get a receipt, she said that comes form Expedia. I then explained, that there should be a receipt of your hotel charges my card. They continued to tell me, that wasn't necessary and not needed to get one. When I checked out in the morning, the staff again was arguing with me about getting a receipt. I told them I charged my food to my room therefore I want a receipt, she spent a good 5 min debating me on giving me one. Terrible staff... very unprofessional and no customer service at the front desk.

The hotel was great for a quick stopover. The hotel was well maintained, great lobby, room, and food options. The only negative was a chemical smell in the room and hallway.

There are hidden fees! More than twice what the original price. The person who checked us in was terse boardering on rude. There was a creepy guy who followed us to our room (not the hotel's fault, I know) Hotel texted shortly after check in asking for a review and when i responded a bot answered. The privacy lock (a chain) was missing and the broken parts were screwed to the frame. The toilet barely flushed. No shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Just a bar of soap, some cotton balls, qtips and a make up remover wipe. The fridge froze our dinks. The free breakfast was disgusting, frozen or powered eggs, sweetened waffels, horrid lighting coffee flavored water. AND the coffee maker in the room didn't work. I texted the front desk, as previously prompted when reviewed and i just got the same canned answer that someone would get back to us between 7am-9pm and it was already 8:30am. I want my money back. Be warned.

Ok hotel

Room was big and clean. Pillows were a bit lumpy/uncomfortable and bed was just ok. Hotel feels a bit rundown. Free breakfast was bad, even by free breakfast low standards.

Staff there was very friendly and nice hotel, but I had to pay additional taxes when I checked in. Which I was not expected.

As soon as you walk in to lobby, which is bright and filled with unique artwork, you smell a stale, old smell like an old library. Grounds were nice, room was ok. Bathroom and doors need updating. The biggest issue we had was that our keys kept on getting demagnetized and we had to get new ones every day. We got locked out in the pool area because the door was also having issues with its sensor. I had to call the front desk to let us in after waiting on hold for 10 minutes. No turn down or room refresh offered if you stay less than 4 nights ( we stayed 3). And when I asked for some extra toilet paper at the front desk the guy was rude. Didn’t get his name because no one wore name tags. Also, they charged my card and my friend’s card since she put hers down for incidentals. After going to the front desk to make sure that all room charges should go on my card and again when we checked out, the incompetent staff still managed to charge the 3 nights stay on both our cards. Will never stay here again.

Confusing to get around in. We had 3 people in our room. Room was supplied for 2. Staff was not responsuve since there was only one person at the desk at 6am and no one was available. Person at the desk was not friendly.
