The place is run down, outdated and not maintained. There were stains on the curtains and carpets, mold in both showers, bugs in the light fixtures and a ridiculous amount of dust on the overhead fans. Im not quite sure how this place gets good reviews.

Toilet was covered in something black like soot, shower was broken, just torn off the wall. On top of it all (this is not hotel’s fault) there was no running water at all that night, and at 7AM fire alarm went on, and kept going for 30 minutes straight. No fire/smoke was detected, and they finally turned it off. No coffee was served in the morning. Ok, I understand no running water, but… could’ve used filtered water like other facilities in the area.

Family getaway

Family getaway 4th of July Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were a group of 7 and were very comfortable in the 1 bedroom I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Hotel/ Plesant Stay

I booked the hotel for my husband and daughter, so that she could go on her class trip. He said that the hotel is very beautiful and so is their room. The breakfast was good and it wasn't far from Hershey Park. They are definitely satisfied and i would recommend this hotel to anyone that will need a place to stay during their visit out there.
