The property was beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly. The Watermark has everything you need. There isn't too much to do outside of the area unless you want to catch the train to DC but its perfect for relaxing. There's no pool but they dont need one, they have everything else in order. I cant wait to go back just to relax. The breakfast was delicious and worth getting up early for. We ended up staying an extra night.

I overall enjoyed the watermark hotel a lot. I feel like there should be a pool somewhere. The lights in my room didn’t work for about 5 minutes no matter how much I flipped the switch.

Best place to stay in the DMV suburbs.

Stayed at the Watermark recently for a staycation. We have been doing staycations for years, this was by far the best hotel and location. Not crowded, so you feel like you have privacy. And the Perch, the great outdoor area the hotel is attached to, is perfect for being outside and having a lively vibe. Staff was great also.

I love this hotel! The rooftop, with Starr Hill brewery, food trucks, stage and plenty of area for kids to run is perfect. The rooms are clean, comfy and roomy. I’ve stayed several times and it never disappoints.

This was our second stay at the watermark throughout the month, it never disappoints. It’s always super clean, staff are super friendly, amenities are great, no complaints. Great amenities

We arrived early for an early check-in offered through hotels.com for an additional fee. We could have checked in at that time, but we opted to wait for a room to become ready that overlooked The Perch outdoor 11th floor park. We had lunch downstairs at Wegmans while we waited, because the opening time for the food trucks was changed from 12pm to 3pm. But we did check in at 2pm and got a room on the top floor close to the elevator. We had a junior king suite with a comfortable little living area, a long table with a desk chair and a mini kitchen. It was just right. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Toiletries were in refillable full-sized bottles. Full breakfast was included and it was great. Enjoyed the 12pm check-out time. We had dinner at Wren. Very elegant. Loved the sashimi appetizers and fresh doughnuts. We really enjoyed our stay!
