First time at this property. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Danielle and Issac at the front and Oscar in the restaurant. We had an unexpected issue during our stay, but the staff handled it satisfactorily. The manager Mariam was also great to deal with. We will return to the Archer again when we are in town.

I always love the Archer! When the price is right, we book! We couldn’t afford a 4star on a regular night. So when the the price drop in low season or during the week, this place is a must. Everything is always perfect and I feel so comfortable. And EVERYONE there is pleasant, does their job well. Everything clean. I have no complaints

The property and facilities were nice and walkable to the metro. I wish they had a parking lot for guests to self park. They do offer a $25 a day valet survive where you can go in and out as many times as you like. The hotel is located in the business district.
