The room looked nice, but would be alit nicer if they actually cleaned the rooms. The tv remote was crusty. There was stuff all over the counter and the floors seemed sticky. The breakfast was horrible. The biscuits tasted like crisco shortening.

We occupied two rooms. Both very clean! Staff was very kind. Dining area was nice and clean. Bathroom was a tad small, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

First night wasn't that good because of a barking dog and the people next to us, but after I called it to the front desk the 2and night was better. Room was clean and the staff were helpful. Convenient location also.

I had a very much of a concern because we were just there for one night that morning somewhere around 9:00 a.m. we went down for the breakfast when we came back up to our room we had towels missing and when we checked out which we didn't have to check out until noon I advise the front desk of my concern why I had towels taken out of the room when we went to breakfast and their comment was that oh that was just housekeeping trying to get a head start on their job well that's a problem! that is very much of a concern! they shouldn't have been in our room at all because we were going to be leaving and checking out that day because we were just staying for one night there's no reason they should have been in the room or taking any towels until we checked out so that to me is a very very much of a problem and concern so I was worried about that that's my complaint.

It was a port in the storm. Nothing more. If you just need a place to sleep, I guess it was okay. But very outdated. Burn holes all over the bed and comforter. And a not pleasant smell in the room. Staff was not friendly at all. The guy that checked ys in didn't even speak to us other than twlling us room numbrr. Wouldn't recommend.

My husband made the reservation and asked for a queen size bed and to be on ground floor because I am handicapped with really bad knees. Ounce the reservation was made he waited a day or two and called the property to make sure the request were seen and adheared too. Well they had us on the second floor with no elevator and we did not have queen bed. So here we go again making the request directly over the phone. We arrive at the property we are. On the ground floor. We are in avsery small room with a regulate full bed. This a no go. Again we asked for a room with a queen and we were told they had no more rooms. Well then when we're putting clothing item in the drawers. We stopped right there. The drawers were dirty with dust and what looked like mice dropping. So needless to say our items stayed in the luggage. Then know I have bad knees this room has a very old very short toilet. I basically had to fall down to it because I can't been my knees that far. It looks like a child toilet fro a kindergarten. My husband had to help me everytime I had to use the restroom. Then after very little sleep that night we come back to a room late that afternoon around 8:pm and the room has not been cleaned. We have no cllean towels and the bed was not made. No one had been there. The guy in the office juste shrugs his shoulders like nothing I can do. No sorry no nothing. Then to put the icing on the cake we went to get ice. And the dang ice machine is broke. Literally W T F.
