Staff was very helpful especially Vanessa helping us with another reservation since the room only sleeps 4 not 5 as Expedia website implied. She was very patient, we also got locked out of one room and with a smile on her face she gave us another key. Pool is very nice our grand daughters had a lot of fun

It smelled awful , the towels were dirty , the sheets had someone’s hair on them , the refrigerator wasn’t cold. The cold in the room was filthy, the shower and toilets were disgusting and dirty. The only good thing was the lady at the front desk when I arrived was amazing , friendly and accommodating

Good clean but wayyyy overpriced.

Nice and clean but not worth the $250 a night price like that’s is definitely absurd. I rented a penthouse in Myrtle beach for $320 for 3 days.

Worst mattress ever

That was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Hard as a rock and my back killing me today because of it. I travel weekly for business and have stayed at many Hampton Inns…this bed was by far the worst. Change it out!!

College softball stay

Great Customer Experience!

I really enjoyed my stay. The service was outstanding. The cleanliness could have been better in the bathroom, nothing major just some smears on the mirror and the tub wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Having been a previous resident of the area, I believe it’s overpriced priced for the Martinsville area even if it is the best hotel! The breakfast was good (I would recommend a cranberry juice,😊) and the complementary snacks were delicious. But overall I would recommend staying here!
