This is a dated property but is well maintained and was a nice find for a good price. Room was clean and front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good for the price paid and level of this property. They had make your own waffles, yogurt, bagels, etc. I will return next time I am in Houghton/Hancock.

Hotel advertised having a sauna. They do not have a functional one so I booked the room under false information.

Was quiet the night we stayed….just passing thru…..the only issue was a shower knob that was a little difficult to work…..but that was minor. Also the fact of road work right out front of the driveway but this is MI and it will be finished soon and nothing management can do about that! Friendly staff and nice property.

Great stay in Ishpeming, Michigan
Very friendly staff and everything was very clean. Our family requires a room where pets are not allowed due to allergies and they were able to accommodate us. The room, hallway and general areas where thoroughly cleaned and maintained so we had no allergy issues. There are a number of fast food restaurants within walking distance. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

No elevator and the window screen didn’t fit the window so flies were getting into the room if we opened the window for fresh air. Air conditioners very noisy My initial impression was very good. Spacious room. Nice comfortable bed Clean rooms.

The walls are very thin. You will hear your neighbor. If you have a very noisy neighbor check with front desk to solve issue. The breakfast very simple for what you pay for the room. Rooms very clean.
