Discover this beautifully remodeled corner unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in South Seas, boasting a spacious, private balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, television, and a view of the pool area, while the guest bedroom offers a queen and twin bed, also with a television.

Both bathrooms are fitted with showers that have grab bars, and one includes a tub. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV in the living room. This unit is tiled throughout and comes with linens, towels, and beach chairs. South Seas offers a variety of amenities, including a new fitness room in tower 3, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, and boat dock rentals.

Exit Clean may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00.
Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

The place was great for our family of 5!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The pool was closed a couple days but we just went to the beach! Only wish there was a hair dryer… but otherwise everything we needed was in the condo.

Easy & Clean
We loved this condo! I thought it would be noisy by the stairs, but I never noticed any noise and it was very convenient to be there. The condo was clean and practically new. We enjoyed the beach, however I wish we had access to a rolling cart to take our stuff to the beach since it is a good walk out there.

Christmas break
The place was very clean and up to date. Master bed was really hard my back killed by the end of the week. Our only issues were the check in process was not super clear. The different tower situation was very confusing. Make sure you come out of the parking garage to the correct tower. Especially if you have never been there. The elevators were always packed so luckily we were on the 3rd floor and could walk. Moving our luggage out was a pain taking the stairs. Nice place to stay!
