The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, guest bedroom has twin beds and the living room offers a queen size murphy bed. There are 2 flat screen TV's and WiFi. After a day of swimming, boating, or fishing, relax on the wrap around balcony and enjoy magnificent sunset views!

PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Great location; interior needs update

Beachfront unit with wrap around balcony overlooking pool and gulf was ideal! Check in was quick and informative and convenient to unit. Carpet looked almost new but furnishings need updating. Washer/dryer at end of floor was nice feature. Window/door replacement in Building 2 is year-long project. Working on upper floors.
