It’s the ideal place for boating, swimming and relaxing. This 1,800 square foot home sleeps six, with two queen beds, one full, one twin and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. Actually, it sleeps ten if you count the dog and cat. That’s right, this is one of the few rentals that welcomes your furry friends.

When you pull into the garage, you’ll barely have time to turn off the engine before the kids are running out to the lanai and its pool. An entire wall of French doors open up to the lanai, giving you access from the living room and master bedroom. A pass through window from the kitchen makes it easy to hand out ice cold drinks and condiments for the poolside barbeques you cook up on the gas grill.

You’ve got plenty of chairs and sun loungers, some in the shaded area beneath the ceiling fan, others out by the pool with a view of the turquoise canal lined with boats. The dock behind the lanai gives you access to the deep blue waters and world-class fishing of the Gulf of Mexico.

Two of Marco Island’s favorite dockside dining sites are a short boat ride from your house. Enjoy dinner, drinks and live entertainment at Marco Island landmark, Snook Inn. Further north, the festive Dolphin Tiki Bar and Grill welcomes you to waterside dining under the stars.

The tile-floored interior of the house is filled with modern furniture and decorated with a seaside décor. All those French windows brighten the space with natural light. Paintings of beach scenes, fish sculptures, pieces of coral and lush potted palms add a tropical touch to every room.

The kitchen features black granite countertops and comes with modern appliances and cookware and enough dishes for the biggest gatherings. It also comes with a blender so you can bring cocktails out to the lanai and savor the view of palm tree silhouettes along the water as the sun goes down.

The bedrooms come with televisions and French windows to let in the fragrant night air, and the house is filled with comfort-enhance amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer.

Nice house in convenient area
We really enjoyed the house. We had some issues with the hot water water and faucet in the master bath and the property manager was on it immediately. The house was well stocked. It would be nice if the blinds and certain furniture were more updated - but it wasn’t terrible. I would have liked a sleep timer for the master bedroom tv, but again, not a deal breaker. There is construction flint on next door and waking up to hammering and nail guns was not fun. Had we known, we would have chosen another location. They were also working on the prep for the pool next door so we had workers out while we tried to enjoy the pool at our location and that was odd and they had their music going. That aside, the neighborhood was great, safe and centrally located. It was nice to have a garage as well.

Excellent location and home
Master bedroom was great, guest room beds need replacement. Water pressure kind of low in showers. Our complaint was that we had no notification of exterminator showing up and coming in the house with all our stuff out as well as our dog. No communication regarding pool service or lawn people. Terrified my dog. Management company needs to step it up. Yet they communicated about their needs like trash and doing all laundry except one days linens-
