The paradise you are searching for is here at this stunning vacation home surrounded by Marco Island's beauty! As you walk into the tropical ambience, the breath-taking view of the open ocean water immediately engulfs you. The living room and the dining area provide plenty of room for you to enjoy your meals while marine life entertains you just outside of the beautiful home. You can take your kids swimming in the spacious swimming pool while the rest of the family sunbathes or even enjoys their lunch outside.

There is a dock where you can tie your boat to; however, the boat lifts are not available. Also, the garage at this home is not available but you can park in the curved driveway

There are 2 master suites side by side sharing a bathroom and each has a king-sized bed. One of the master bedroom's also has it's own private bathroom and both suites provide plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and access to the kitchen area. The 4th and 5th bedrooms has 2 twin beds and TVs for your entertainment!

This unique home is in the most ideal location, only a 10 minute drive to the nearest public beach access and the local seafood restaurants! If you are looking for an incredible view to share with friends or family while enjoying tranquility, this is the quintessential vacation home for you!

For disclosure, the homeowner stores a lot of personal items around the back exterior of the house. If this is something that will bother you, then this house is definitely not for you. We have had a lot of guests that loved the house and gave us 5 star reviews and other guests that were very bothered by the back of the house and gave us 2 stars for this house. We as a company would like to avoid the type of guests that wouldn't like that and just attract the ones that like the location, size, and view as there is nothing that we can do regarding the back of the house.

Great views and fishing

The house had a great view and was a fantastic spot for fishing. The layout was great for multiple families and the open concept between the kitchen, family and patio was great. We did have some concerns, however. Upon arrival the house smelt musty, we found a dead rat outside the screen porch and there is a ton of trash/junk on the side of the house. We also found mold in the bathrooms, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart and all 4 trash cans were overflowing. We still had a great time, would rate 5/5 if the house was better maintained.

Great location, but that’s about it

The house is old and not taken care of . Kitchen cabinet doors are falling off the hinges. Master suite bathroom has rusted through faucets , screws coming out. Lots of junk around the house

Big home with awesome fishing

The house was great. 5 bedrooms and two family rooms. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Only request was more beach towels. Thank you for sharing your home. The fishing was awesome. Even caught 2 baby sharks!! The views were amazing.

Amazing location

Overall, it was amazing! The pictures are accurate and represent the property well. We spent most of our time on the dock and we’re able to see a great deal of dolphins—one came right up to the dock—and several manatee. We caught catfish, redfish, sharks, eel, starfish, and some unknown fish types. The house was spacious and accommodated are family very well. Both South Marco beach and Tigertail beach are short drives and house thousands of seashells. The rental agency was always available with any questions we had. The only negative I can say is the kitchen needs a good deep clean. The shelves were dirty and need to be thoroughly wiped. Also, there was only one dish towel and two pot holders. And, the bathroom by the single rooms needs attention—opening and closing the shower doors was a battle. But other than that, we were pleased and enjoyed our stay.
