The only way to top a balcony with a stunning view is two balconies with two stunning views. That’s what you get with this 1,100 square foot, 6th floor beachfront condo. It sleeps six, with two king beds, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.

It’s a wing unit on the side of the building, with one balcony facing the ocean and a second balcony overlooking Marco Island. Enjoy your morning coffee with a backdrop of sun rising over blue canals lined with palm trees. Then have your second cup of coffee with a backdrop of turquoise ocean and lagoons encircled by mangroves. Pretty soon, you’ll be snorkeling in that warm water, or walking along the silken sands in search of colorful shells, or maybe exploring on paddleboards or water trikes.

At the end of the day, when the coffee cups are replaced by wine glasses, you’ll understand why people come from all over the Island to view the spectacular sunsets of Tigertail Beach.

The beach isn’t the only enticing sight from your balcony. The South Seas is an emerald green oasis, with a heated pool in the center. You can’t look at the sparkling blue water long before you’re tempted to go down for swim followed by a picnic lunch on a table shaded by a tiki umbrella.

Garden paths meander through the manicured hedges and palm trees, taking you to the many deluxe amenities located on the grounds, like tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, fitness center, charcoal grills and a social room.

When you come in from the balcony, sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows surround you with the tropical scenery. Cozy furnishings and sea-inspired décor create a feel of coastal living at its best.

The kitchen comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner on a glass table with a view of the Island.

Quiet condo and good location

We had a little issue finding our condo room at first, feel like more instructions from the rental agency would be helpful. There were a lot of keys to constantly deal with but after a while, we got in the swing of it. The condo itself was bigger than we thought it would be! The kitchen was well equipped, a nice dining area, the noise from living room was adequate. Enjoyed the balcony area, the only issue was we kept the doors shut most of the time as there was major repair work going on with storm damage, noise from jackhammers, pounding, etc. That part was not very restful at all, so we didn't stay at the condo only for sleeping. The bedrooms were spaced well apart which afforded privacy. The bathrooms were adequate but old, and the floor could use some serious tile cleaning. There were plenty of towels and starter items except a kitchen trash bag. The washing machines on our level were ok but far enough away that doing the laundry for the towels got to be a pain! The beach is quite a walk away from the condo, the view is ok and couldn't even hear the ocean from the condo but that could have been for the strong winds or construction going on? The pool was nice and convenient! I would say that for the price we got what we paid for. It was reasonably priced for the area. We probably would try to get in a Tower unit that is closer to the beach if we ever stayed in this area again, but if we couldn't find one we would rent this unit again.
