Each time you step onto the balcony, prepare to be amazed by a panoramic view of the curving shoreline of silken white sands and sun sparkling off the turquoise ocean. There’s no better place to savor breakfast than sitting on the balcony as you’re massaged by fragrant ocean breezes.

Does your bucket list include sipping a tropical blended drink as you watch the setting sun paint the sky bright orange? Check it off. In fact, you can add a new check every night, because Marco Island’s known for some of the world’s most brilliant sunsets, and you’ve got a front row seat.

Noisy Neighbors!!
We stayed the month of December. The people that live above us were VERY noisy. Loud music and shouting from 8:30-2:30 a.m. second day we were there. 4 days later it started at 11:00 p.m., called Asst Manager. 5 days later again starting at midnight with shouting and running and what sounded like dropping bowling balls, my husband banged on door at 1:30 a.m., next day called Property Rental company, said they couldn’t help, it was an “internal problem”, went to office and they called the residents. 5 days later, again, called a different Asst Manager that said he would give them a “gentle reminder “. Without sounding dramatic, it was terrorizing not knowing what night we would not be getting a good nights sleep! I don’t know if these people were renters or owners, but I would not take the chance that they lived there permanently. The condo itself is nice. The kitchen is well appointed, the living room furniture is not very comfortable, couch cushions feel like they are stuffed with sand. Mattresses are good, but you need a step stool to get into bed. The view is beautiful, but they have a weird film on the windows that make it blurry, like Vaseline is smeared on them. Linens are just okay. Only 2 of the 3 elevators worked and there is no access to the beach. You have to walk down to tower 3 (condo is in tower 1), and if it rains the sidewalk floods, so you have to walk thru the underground garages to get there. I’ve stayed in this community for the last 3 years and love it, but unfortunately, not this time. Mostly because of the neighbors upstairs.
