So disappointed...
After coming here for a few years, I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Skip Jack. Some of the front desk new faces were not very customer service oriented. Restaurant food was overall awful! It's really a shame, considering this place is located in such convenient location. I doubt we will ever come back here again...

The food is great and at the bar Carmen, Able, and Jason who took our dinner order inside on Friday night were the best ever. The construction was Mon-Friday 9am-4pm was terrible noisy and you could feel the vibration under your feet!!!@Very Bad!!!

The staff was very nice. The property was extremely rundown. The room was neat, but could have been cleaner. I don’t think the floor was ever washed as the bottom of our feet after walking on the floor were very dirty.

All good perfect boat ramp boat marina is good easy to navigate water channel I have 30’ boat and all was easy to me and my boat fully recommended

The main dislike was the A/C system in the rooms. In the first room we were given there was a buzzing noise from the in-room A/C unit. So we moved to a different room. The A/C worked briefly and then stopped. Maintenance got it working the next day but it stopped working again. So we spent both nights we stayed without A/C. I couldn't recommend the property for this reason.

Check in staff very pleasant. There was a disagreement between guest in the lobby while checking in. Made it hard to hear the staff while explaining the facility. Rooms were nice, view not so much. I paid extra for that. On site facilities are old. Amenities were OK. Restaurant on site not really ideal. We had dinner last night at Faro Blanco. I would highly recommend staying there! Same price even a little less. Beautiful facilities and views. Sorry Skip Jack's we will not be returning.
