This is a newly furnished home with spacious living room, Cathedral ceilings, an open floor plan, with wrap around ocean views. Up the stairs, to the front door, you have One-floor living. As you walk into the foyer there is a half bath, and then the open living area with a beautiful wrap around sofa. To the right is the kitchen and dining areas. The bedrooms are to the left of the foyer, with the master bedroom on the water and the other two bedrooms that share a bath on the left. A laundry room is in the hallway for central access.
Outdoor living by the Ocean with a Fire Table surrounded by Adirondack chairs, Outdoor Kitchen with Grill, Rinse Sink, two Refrigerators for Food and Drinks. There is a Commercial Icemaker to fill your coolers, 3 Kayaks to explore with, 2 Stand up paddle boards, and Air Hockey table and a fooseball, beach chairs and corn hole too. Also a Bait and Ice Freezer for your convenience.
You have immediate deep water access to the ocean in this spectacular home with 70 ft. of dockage and an adjustable ladder for easy kayak access. Fish from the dock or you boat and clean your catch on the new Filet Table.
This home includes access to The Cabana Club in Key Colony Beach, with a Private Beach, Restaurant, Bar and large heated pool on the Ocean only 4 miles away. Or Sombrero Beach is also about 4 miles away. Sombrero Light is a short distance by boat, and the 7 mile bridge is about 5 miles by boat for fishing by the bridge.
If you bring your boat, there is space on property for trailer parking. The closest ramp is at Mile Marker 54 Gulf side. This is a free public ramp. From there navigate thru the Vaca Cut to Ocean side. After that, it is about a 15 min run to our canal which runs North to South. About a half mile out, you'll see some home made channel markers. Keep them to Starboard on your way in.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
