Great weekend
We had a great stay while there in the Keys. Room was clean, front desk attendant was very nice in helping us get extra pillows for my husband. The only thing that could be bothersome to some would be the roosters that crow starting about 4 am. We are used to it because we have chickens, but some people may not be aware that there are chickens roaming the premises. They don't mess with you by any means, they just like to start at 4am letting you know its time to get up. LOL!

We enjoyed the stay at Kingsail. Everyone was so friendly it was a quiet comfortable space. Loved the porches to relax on. Even other guests were great! Walking distance to a coupke of food places was nice. The room was clean and big which was nice for our dogs as well

Spacious, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Nice, welcoming chickens on the property as well. There had been water damage with rotting wood in the door frame that was just painted over. Also, some mold on the underside of the pull-out couch's matress. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We got room 127.The bed linen was dirty, air condition dirty , bathroom dirty and the door of rhe bathroom was broken, the curtains were broken and dirty. We were sorry that we never come back and dont recomend at least dont take room 127.

Very charming property. Room was much larger than expected. Park your car at your door. While we were there only one night, Kingsail Resort with large floorplan and full kitchen is designed for a comfortable long stay. Looking forward to returning.

This was our second time at Kingsail. We love that it’s pet friendly for our large dog. The value is amazing for a spacious room with a kitchen. The waterfront location is very scenic and we loved the free kayaking in the bay. In the cooler months we love to sit and watch the manatees from the dock and kayaks. It’s not new or fancy but it’s clean and very comfortable and the staff are friendly. We will definitely be back soon!
