I was overcharged. I was supposed to be billed $123 and I see that I was charged $176. I am going to call the credit card company and mark it as a fraudulent transaction. During billing I was also very casually told that there are charges from the coffee shop which I never did. There are several similar reviews about the hotel. I booked it thinking its Hilton but definitely run by crooks

Good property but service was not great or transparent. For example none of the room supplies were restocked, we were 4 of us for 3 nights. Towels were missing, or no coffee plants pods, or water bottles or creme. Charged $35 a day for resort facilities but only found at checkout and was surprised. I would have not taken it if I was told in the beginning, reception only picked phone occasionally and had to walk down to front desk number of times
