“Deluxe Cabin” We stayed two nights in what was described as a cabin. Turned out our stay was in a floating “AquaLodge”. What a treat. We really enjoyed our “two bedroom” accommodations on the water. Clean and new, it was comfortable. But for two couples it was very tight so best to be related or extremely close friends. The AquaLodge would be great for a family with kids Especially enjoyed having our breakfast on the boat’s deck next to the water.

I stayed at Captain Pip's with my husband, one night during a long bicycle ride through the Keys. Our room was spacious and we liked the decor - not fancy, but interesting and we had all we needed there. Comfortable bed, hot shower. There are several restaurants within walking distance and Castaways was recommended to us (GREAT choice!). We would stay here again.

From the moment you enter the room, the musty smell is disgusting. The odor was very strong throughout the entire room, and I had to buy an air freshener spray to reduce the unpleasant smell. At the entrance of our room, there was a laundry area—something very strange and unattractive. It was in very weird. Honestly, the quality-to-price ratio is completely disproportionate. On the other hand, the sheets and towels were clean, and the service was pleasant. However, the facilities looked old and neglected. The seats outside the room were dirty, as were the cushions. I’m not really sure if I would stay there again.

Cute place. Kitchenette style.We will come back if ever in area again! Mattress a bit softer than preference. Coffee maker brewing, space heater going then microwave blew the fuse circuit. Whoops! Maintenance guy, Steve, called me right back to assess the situation and offered a solution.

Great option for Marathon
Great option to be involved with water sports. Prices are fair compared to the competitors. Paddle board and kayaks are included and additional charges for snorkeling and jet ski tours. There are several restaurants with full service bar walk distance. We enjoyed not being dependable on the car. Bed is comfortable. Shower gets warm but not hot. The WiFi is very weak (It won’t work for the smart TV in the room). We booked an extra night we liked so much and highly recommend to do the snorkeling tour with Patrick.

Beautiful atmosphere but beds are old
The hotel spot is very unique and cool. Love the atmosphere and colorful buildings. Stayed in a king bed room. Our complaint was there was a lot foot steps above us that wasn’t a bother at night but in the morning woke us up early and couldn’t get back to sleep cause of the repetitive footsteps. Also the bed had a dip in it making mine and my husbands back stiff in the morning. Complained about it but there was no sympathy for our issue. I probably wouldn’t stay here again since my comfort wasn’t important to the lady at checkout. But for others I’d recommend at least no one is above you.

We checked in after 8 in the evening, and someone took our room key. We really called more than 10 times emergency number finally someone picked up the phone. I booked 2 days separately because I was in a rush to a tour so they're so nice that told me I don't need to change the room.

The location and cleanliness of the accommodation were good. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. A couple of negatives were 1. We had to move the furniture to get the pull down bed ready and some of the furniture was dated and in poor condition. We appreciated the Christmas tree, thank you!
