You can’t bring in food. Its a frickin hotel, hotel guests should be able to bring in food. They said it was a family friendly hotel. Its not.

Hate the hyatt
I stayed at 3 different hotels during my stay and the Hyatt was the worst. Checking in and having to look into a camera then onto a small and dirty room. The room overlooking a construction site and noise from train all day. Housekeeping came daily around 5 pm (a little late in the day). You could not bring food into the hotel so stuck with overpriced food on premises. Honestly unless you like to lose money gambling pick a different hotel.
Mold in shower just in case you want to work on a science project
Great clean faucet in bathroom.
Bland hallway and dirty laundry in the floor. Who needs color and warmth in a hotel. Decorative is not this hotel

Close to the airport and great for families
Hyatt Regency is close to the airport so you can avoid the traffic, it is clean and security is great. There are options around to eat and the endless minibar is fantastic. Overall a great hotel and great for families.

Huge room, huge bathroom with bath tub, 5 star hotel . beautiful, amazing, most of all inside our room the complimentary 7 or 8 different kinds of drinks, two noodles and pringles gave us comfort. We stayed 5 nights and 6days so everyday with the above complimentary drinks and noodles (not bad). we ate at the buffet lounge with discount as a guest in the hotel, soo good. I love to comeback there.

If you are a non smoker. It was pretty awful. Everywhere smells like stale smoke. You essentially are in a casino. The buffet breakfast was terrible. Minimum choice, terrible quality. I expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel at that price.
