Quality of Service
The service staff at the front desk welcomed me with warmth, and every team member I interacted with—including the security officer, front desk staff, and room attendants—demonstrated exceptional courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism in addressing my needs. Although the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service, they went above and beyond by arranging a Grab ride on my behalf, enabling me to conveniently pay the driver in cash upon arrival at the airport.

Pros: located in the heart of Ortigas, this hotel is connected to a mall so you don’t have to go out in case you need to run errands or buy groceries. The basement parking is free with in and out accessibility and the service is impeccable. This is located near EDSA, so it is convenient to go to different cities via car. Cons: outdated hotel. I remember this hotel existed since I was a kid so that is over 30 years ago. There are molds on the bathtub grout and it smells like sewage. The room is also masked with a nice scent but when I slept with the ac off, you can smell that old musky scent. The towels are thin and rough and one even had a hole on it. The couch had a visible stain on it.

Clean, comfy, friendly hotel. Lots of things to do nearby. Overall part of city is clean as well! They charged me 1500p for breakfast everyday when they initially said it would be 1000p. So that was very annoying. Also the room smelled a bit mildewy.
