I love staying at this hotel everytime I need a place to stay in Manila. Staff are friendly, they even allowed me to do a late check out until 2pm. The best thing is location- its directly connected to the mall. No need to go out if you need to eat, meet up with friends or buy anything for your personal needs.

This property has annex to big mall. What I didn't like- I was given a higher amount to include taxes. However taxes was already included in my booking. I have to sort this out myself and prove the original booking which took me 3 days.There was no initiative to confer with Expedia. Between them and me, I think they can easily reach them. There were also a few things amiss in our rooms- bedsheets looked worn out, dirty carpet, and mold in bathroom tiles.

Slow service overall, did several requests using different methods , 1st did the online request, then called the front desk, then finally requested in person when seen housekeeping in the hallway. Slow service during the buffet breakfast, they don’t refill the buffet, and so if you don’t get there early, most food will be gone. When staff was asked, was told that it was all gone.
