Just Meh. Stayed here night before flight out of nearby airport. Let me start that the location is great for people flying (5 minutes to terminal) and all of the employees were all very helpful and friendly. Other than that the hotel was kind of worn out. Bathrooms were kind of gross and breakfast was mediocre. Also having fire alarm go off accidentally twice early in the morning after arriving around 1am sucked. Will look elsewhere next time.

Good for early flight out of MHT

Ideal for the night before an early flight out of MHT, whether leaving a car there (for a reasonable fee), returning a rental car, or taking their shuttle.

I worked for marriot as head engineer. The standard was high. I was surprised to see the beds seemed quickly made. Wrapper on the floor. Tub wouldn’t strain. Pool area needs updates with chipped paint. Just not the standard I’m used too.

we needed a room near the airport as we had a very early flight the next day, the room was very clean and spacious, with an abundant amount of towels. the bed was very comfortable. a shuttle was provided for us early the next morning with a most friendly driver.

Nobody likes to be surprised by undisclosed

Nobody likes to be "surprised" by hidden charges. This hotel, and others in the area that are also owned by Marriott, require the deposit for "incidentals" to be doubled to $200 if you live within a certain distance. This is not only NOT disclosed when you prepay, but they can't provide a legitimate reason for it. It is eventually refunded unless you charge a significant amount to your room, but it may not actually be credited back for over a week. It's not the amount, it's the fact that it's not disclosed until you're standing at the front desk waiting to check in. If you're like me, it's usually late.

There were stains on the sofa bed, and the shower had stains as well as was not full stocked with products. The good thing was the room was big enough to accommodate us and our 2 teenage children.
