It advertises a hot tub. There was no hot tub. It’s been out for six months and not being replaced. The food was OK. The room was outdated and old with a very small TV from the early 2000s was very comfy although blankets were very limited had to get an extra one from the lobby, but staff is incredible.

Not very good!

The pool and hot tub were closed, both treadmills in gym were broken, room had stains on the rugs and walls, old worn furniture, stained couch, hard bed, cold eggs.

Wonderful stay!

It’s the little things that matters to me. The room was huge. The staff were super friendly, above and beyond (especially Brittany and Kim). The breakfast was fantastic with a selection of different hot items daily. Coffee/Tea and fruit (including pears) available 24 hours. There was a bit of noise due to renovation, but nothing too disturbing. We probably will not be back to the area because we did not care for the energy of New Hampshire. However, if by chance we are, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for being the best thing about our stay in your state!

A very nicely located hotel for my needs. The room was pretty clean, however, the carpet needed attention, but it didn’t hamper my stay. I heard some barking on the first floor when I got some ice. Comfortable bed, nice shower. All good.

facility under renovation, no mention of this prior to booking. Contractors starting 2-2.5 hours earlier in the am and finishing later in the evening than posted. front desk, and breakfast staff were very good. cleaning staff were leaving bags of trash in the hallways and stacked up by the elevators. Facility is due for an upgrade, however I felt it deceptive not to have said prior to booking and paying over $100.00 per night.

property is under renovation. at times contractors started 2.5 hours in the am and were still there 1-2 hours beyond their end of day deadline. Unfortunately they apparently have a staffing shortage as the personell would leave trash bags in the hallways for 24 hours or more. front desk and breakfast dining staff were very accomodating and friendly. the overall is the place really needs an update.

The staff were very polite and helpful, the hotel is going through renovations and we were notified of possible noise and to close our curtains when in room. This was not a bother to us - we couldn't hear any noise in our room. While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few items carpet in our suite was full of stains and we only felt comfortable walking around if we had something on our feet and were very happy we brought slippers. The bathroom looked counter, tub and toilet looked clean however the inside of the door had dark stain drips on the door knob and running to the bottom of the door, I had to clean it to feel ok to use it.

There is no hot tub. We booked a room here because the pictures showed a hot tub. We were very disappointed but it is what it is. Check out time was great. Front desk clerk was friendly. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, cereal, waffles.
