Nice Cozy, Pet Friendly 1 bedroom plus loft 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 6 people. This condo features a private sunroom and outdoor deck. It is located in a small quiet complex in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. It is centrally located to resertaurants, shopping, and a short drive or shuttle ride to Little Eagle Lodge. Enter the condo on the second story of the building. The living room has a large flat screen TV, wood burning stove with wood provided, a queen sofa bed and access to the sunroom and deck. The dining room seats 6 people and is right off the outdoor deck and kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and every thing you need to fix any meal during your stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV and large closet. There is a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The loft has two twin beds and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The condo features nice pieces of art from local Mammoth art shows. Overall the place was great. Furniture is a little outdated and can be updated. Sofa and chair in living area needs to be replaced.

Cute cabin

Nice property with a cute lofted bedroom. Wish the pullout couch was a little more modern but it worked and was clean and they provided plenty of linens and comfy blankets.

Very dilapidated

This place was built in the 80’s and doesn’t appear to have had much done. The paint was peeling, there were a few huge gouges in the plaster, the window shades were all broken. The dining table had a glass top and had a 10”x 7” piece broken off. I had to move some old gross vertical slats in the downstairs closet just to put our luggage in. The downstairs tub had a huge crack in it, to the point that a bath would have flooded the condo below it. I’m only giving it 3 stars because it had heat, hot water and a dishwasher, so it could have been worse.

Awesome stay

The place is cozy for close family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Very nice tv and fireplace to watch harry potter and warm yourself. Well equipped kitchen. Couldn't ask for much more!
