The open-concept living space offers high, exposed-beam ceilings, bright windows, comfortable furnishings, and a wood stove to warm up by after a day in the snow. Step through the sliding door for access to the furnished deck, where you'll find a gas grill for barbecuing. You also have a full, well-equipped kitchen with all you need to whip up fabulous meals or quick snacks.

This condo is right in Mammoth Lakes, conveniently close to Mammoth Creek Park, shops, and restaurants as well as Red Line shuttle stops, located less than 100 yards from your front door, offering service between the Village and Main Lodge. This vacation rental is just a little over two miles from Chair 22 and Chair 8. Eagle Express 15 is only a mile away, while the Village Gondola is less than two miles from the property.

Best Christmas Family Vacation!
The home was better than described, cozy, comfy, very clean, well equipped, great location, I was there with my adult kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. This home will remain on my board for future use. Thank you and we will see you soon..

Awesome location; some parts need improvement/attention
We totally enjoy how this spot is close to everything (restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shop, sporting goods stores, ski slope etc). The condo is decent. A little old but certainly private and quiet. Complains: We wish the Internet works a little better and faster (in some rooms we barely have signal), TV cables need fiddling (maybe broken); whole house heater doesn’t function swiftly (also takes fiddling); kitchen lighting is too dim at night. PROs: everything else was great; wooden fireplace was awesome; snow sleds were an awesome bonus for our kids. Check-in process was a little frustrating, although it started with our GPS led us to the wrong complex. I was on hold for a long time to get the office to help—and she had difficulty to describe or discern if I was at the right place or not. Outside of that, everything else was fine. We tried extend our stay but was told due to COVID they cannot make exceptions (which we accept). I loved the photos on the walls by the owners. Overall, it was our first time in Mammoth with the family and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
