This rental is located in an unbeatable location, just 10 miles from Rainbow Falls and Convict Lake, plus there is a shuttle stop that will take you out to Yosemite National Park. This home is located near the Snowcreek Athletic Club, which for a fee offers amenities such as a gym, racquetball court, indoor and outdoor pools, and much more.

-- No smoking or vapping is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-- Cable, Wifi and Cell service are unreliable, as utility disruptions are not uncommon in this mountanous region.

-- This home does not allow early check-in.

-- Please remember to bring your own Hot Tub towels. We only provide regular sized towels for your stay.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Located in the meadow area of Mammoth in Phase 2 of Snowcreek. Both the Gray and Red Line shuttles stop near the property entrance approximately 275 yards from condo.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
