Unit #19 is remodeled. Custom walnut furniture, Italian leather couches, and a king size bed in the master bedroom. Gorgeous kitchen with custom cabinets, perfect for the gourmet chef! Silestone counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Silestone counters continued into the vanity and bath area, with beautiful ceramic floors. Built in bunks are fun for the kids and adults too. The unit is beautifully appointed and even has an oversized water heater for your convenience. Pebble floor shower, with a raindrop shower head. Pool, two outdoor courtyard Jacuzzis and an indoor dry sauna (rec room) for your enjoyment as well. Don't forget the underground parking - no shoveling your car out when it snows. New everything! Close to the lifts: Park the car in the underground lot and walk to Canyon Lodge, take the gondola to The Village, or take the trolley to the grocery store. Unit 19 has a season ski locker at Canyon Lodge- leave your skis at the slopes! Pool, Jacuzzis, all new kitchen, new kitchenware, all organic beds. Wii game console for the kids. Summertime in Mammoth is great as well! A locker and bike storage room to store your bikes, very close to the new paved trail up to Twin Lakes or Horseshoe, and a quick ride to the Mammoth Mt. trails.

Can't beat the location, but...
You can't beat the overall closeness to Canyon Lodge! However, this unit desperately needs a deep clean. The shower drain was clogged when we got there. They unplugged it but there was black mold on the natural rock floor. When we asked them if they could send someone to clean, they said they'd send the handyman back through? Whoever they sent didn't appear to do much. I could go on about other areas of the apartment, but I think you get it. One more thing -- and this isn't their fault, but there was so much snow that the balcony and all windows were completely covered, so we were in 24-hour darkness except for the apartment lighting. Not great for motivating you out of bed in the morning.
