Spacious living area, kitchen, deck, office, queen room, bunk room (4 twin beds) and full bath upstairs. The attached two car garage makes living in snow country easy! The wonderful Snowcreek HOA clears snow from the front door walkway & (2 car) driveway to make your winter stay a breeze. A community spa is available a few doors down from the house.
Kitchen contains plenty of cooking, grilling & baking utensils and appliances. Nice, sharp knives are in the knife block! A Weber Genesis gas grill is available outside on the deck for summertime BBQs.
All rooms have large flat screen TV's. The living room has a 75" flat screen TV with sound bar on a hydraulic pull-down mount for ideal movie streaming & game watching. You may need a movie break after playing endless games of foosball or chess, checkers, and backgammon at the table near the bar! Board games, cards, and books are also available.
Snowcreek Athletic Club & Golf Course amenities available through the Club for an additional charge.

Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing an additional travel insurance policy upon checkout to cover unexpected circumstances that may interfere with your travel plans.
Pets: We love animals! Upon approval, and acceptance of our pet policy (included in contract), 1 well behaved dog will be accepted. This policy includes fines for bringing any unapproved dogs and dog rules. Be prepared to crate your dog if you absolutely must leave it unattended.
