This light and bright 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom home has endless mountain views and scenery perfect for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes! This townhome is located in the quiet Snowcreek Phase 5 neighborhood and is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Mammoth. The main open plan living level is equipped with a large leather couch and chairs, 50" flatscreen TV, cozy gas fireplace, and forced air heating. The large windows throughout offer natural light to flood into both the living and dining areas. The updated kitchen has ample space and is fully stocked for making family dinners. The deck features a private gas grill, the home has hardwood flooring throughout, and a private laundry room with washer and dryer gets the chores done. The master bedroom with new furniture on the main level boasts a King bed with Serta mattress, 27" flatscreen TV, and private newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower with tile. The second bedroom, also on the main level, has a Queen bed with a Twin rollaway bed in the closet, and a 27" flatscreen TV, with access to the shared hallway bathroom. The loft upstairs features a King bed and a private full bathroom! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 7 people, is non-smoking and pets are permitted (one dog upon approval). There are 2 steps to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. Nice location, clean property
plenty of parking, beautiful views, property clean and well stocked. Good selection of board games! We couldn't get the tv to work but not a major issue and we sent an email to the property and received a very timely response. Only feedback is being able to access the property using a key pad/door entry would be easier. Would eliminate a stop to pick up and return the key, plus eliminate the key possibly getting misplaced. But again no big deal, especially considering how nice the property and location are!

As a group of 6 people we really enjoy our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and your daily habits. When I was booking this rental I didn’t noticed that the bedroom upstairs is actually an open area and that’s the only downside of it. Other than that we really enjoyed staying there.

Practically Snowed in
This was a lovely property with plenty of room which was great since we stayed during a massive snow storm. With 3 adult couples it was nice for everyone to have their own space and bathroom. The loft room is cute but not very private FYI. We enjoyed having a fire place and loved having our pup with us. The property management did a great job keeping the roads and pathways as clear as possible.

Clean, spacious, convenient unit
This was a clean, spacious unit that accommodated our family with four adults, a 3 year old, and a toddler. We needed to gate the stairs to the entrance and to the loft but that was expected and we brought the gates. Lots of comfortable seating in the living room. We had a nice view of the mountains. The only minor drawbacks were 15 steep steps from the entrance to the living area. Also, like many VRBO's, the unit was stocked with cheapest available paper products and small appliances like the coffee maker. Overall, a wonderful place for a decent price in a good Mammoth Lakes location.

Better than expected
Fully equiped kitchen and bar area which allowed the family to whip up wonderful dinners and desserts. All appliances were new and functional. Quality furniture. Had humidifiers which helped. Great for mature families.
