This pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is the perfect spot for your Mammoth vacation. Conveniently located across the street from The Village where you can catch the gondola to Canyon Lodge, grab dinner, shop til you drop, and more! The condo features vaulted ceilings in the living room, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and 65" flatscreen TV with DVD player and sound bar. Relax after a long day on the hill next to the real wood-burning stove or invite some friends to crash on the living room sleeper sofabed.

The downstairs master bedroom boasts a California King bed with en-suite bathroom and 55" flatscreen TV. The second bedroom, also downstairs, features a Queen bed and a bunk bed with two Twin beds, plus 40" flatscreen TV and private bathroom. There is even another full bathroom (with shower) upstairs on the main level. A private BBQ grill is located on the back deck on the lower level, so you can grill for the whole family! The Helios North complex offers an underground parking garage (no shoveling required!), sauna and rooftop jacuzzi. 

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6 people and comes with one assigned underground garage parking spot that will fit two cars tandem. Clearance is 9 ft. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are stairs to this unit from the underground parking garage (no elevator), the entrance is at ground level once you have taken the stairs from the parking area, there are stairs inside this 2 level unit, it is pet friendly, and no smoking is permitted. Perfect for the whole family
Everything went incredibly smoothly, the place was beautiful and quiet. Enough space for the whole family. We even had a slight emergency that required us to stay a day longer and they were able to accommodate us without any trouble.

To go from ok to good: Provide fans - it was HOT and there isn’t any airflow on the top floor (only one window opens on the one side of the house). Windows that opened were very difficult to open and require maintenance. A bbq grill would be a nice addition.

Great location, spacious unit
Overall, the location and spaciousness of the unit make up for the negatives, but here’re some things to consider. Check-in sucked. I get it that Covid adds cleaning hassles, but a hard-line 5pm check-in is unreasonable given the 10am check-out time. Coordinate your cleaners better. The parking garage is a trek with narrow, awkward stairs and access for loading/unloading. Also, our designated parking space happened to be right under a leaky pipe so there was water all over the car and ground around it, making for a messy situation every time we entered/exited. Kind of defeated the point of garage parking in the mountains. That said, proximity to village and village gondola for access to Canyon Lodge will likely have us back. Despite gripes, condo was clean, well provisioned, and comfortable.
