Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to The Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting with full great amenities. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a beautifully remodeled property on the lower level: Wood-tile floors, and granite counters. The master bedroom features a Queen bed with private en-suite. A bunk room with double size bunk beds. TV's in all rooms. Fully equipped welcoming kitchen with a window looking out into the trees and BBQ on the balcony make this the perfect vacation home. Walk down the street and hop on the free shuttle that can take you into town, Canyon, Main or Eagle Lodge. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking and pet-friendly. Just steps away from the on property amenities: pool, jacuzzi, sauna and rec room. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Great Great And Greater!
This property did NOT disappoint!!! It is modern, upgraded and super comfortable. The location is perfect to get to the Village, head up to the lakes or get up to the lifts! We have spend many years in Mammoth, and this location was best off ANY!!! We couldn’t possibly expect anything more or better. Great Rec room/area, pool was immaculate and the parking was super convenient.

Excellent Ski Condo
Very nice condo and excellent location. My family of four (plus dog) has rented many condos in Mammoth over the years. This condo was a winner. We had no problem parking near the condo. The unit warmed up very quickly and there are separate heaters in each room. The entry has tons of hooks for hanging up wet gear and a dedicated area for stowing skis & boots. The living room fireplace and TV were easy to operate. The kitchen had everything we needed, including paper towels, dishwasher tabs and condiments in the fridge. There was a Keurig as well as a conventional coffee maker with filters and a variety of K-cups. Each sink had pump liquid soap. We brought a crate for our dog, but noticed that there was a crate provided under the bed in the master. The showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. WiFi was good. Lots of outlets/usb chargers in each room, which was super convenient. You can see the Canyon Blue Line shuttle stop 70 from the kitchen window, and it is literally less than a two-minute walk. The walk to the Village was less than ten minutes, and you can hop the shuttle back if you prefer. We did not use it, but it was also a very short walk to the community hot tub and recreation room, which had ping pong and pool tables. If I'm going to be picky, the only cons were (i) the heater in the master bedroom was VERY LOUD when it came on and scared me & my dog awake a few times, (ii) you can hear the upstairs occupants walking around (we were lucky that we had considerate neighbors and not loud party-people), and (iii) the master bedroom and both bathrooms were a little small. If you are considering using the hot tub, then bring pool towels as none are provided. That being said, we would stay here again. And we are very picky!!

Nice Place on First Floor
The place lived up to the pictures on the site. It was a little smaller than I thought but it was just my wife and me so no big deal. The place is clean. Mammoth rentals was easy to deal with and to get access. Our only issue was that this was on the first floor which I did not realize as we have a general rule that we do not stay on a first floor. It sounded like king kong was above us because the floor creaked and the place seemed smaller. We would not stay there again. If you are not sensitive to sound, then the place is very nice. All recently redone. Definitely well maintained and cared for. The master bathroom was pretty tiny. In the summer I would suggest bringing a fan with you as it gets hot and there is no A/C. It is a very short walk to the village which has a lot of great options to eat.

Unit was recently updated and very comfortable. Gas fireplace was super cool for cold, evening lounging. Would totally rent this unit again!

We were 2 adults and 2 kids. Master bed too small for 2 people. Chairs in living room not comfortable. Dog hair was everywhere. Bathrooms are too tight. Stayed in other units here and was comfortable, but would not return to this unit.
