Located on a quiet street in Old Mammoth boasting beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, this condo provides deluxe accommodations near the slopes of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. Here on the edge of lovely open space and close to the Snowcreek Golf Course, you'll be only two miles from Eagle Lodge and the heart of Mammoth Village. The condo is accessed via a set of five steps, and is a two-story layout with the main suite on the ground floor. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity and a tub/shower combination, as well as a separate walk-in shower! This rental is also equipped with a premium, updated WiFi and a Nest smart thermostat. Although this condo is not equipped with AC, it is rarely needed with Mammoth’s mild summer temperatures.
Start each day on a tasty note with a fresh cup fo coffee on the private balcony. Unwind in one of the three shared outdoor hot tubs after a day of adventures, and come home to find comfortable furnishings and a thoughtfully remodeled kitchen. The open living space is full of light, offering a plush sectional sofa in front of a fireplace and a flatscreen TV, a dining room table for six, and sliding doors that lead to the balcony overlooking the mountains. Each of the two bedrooms, including a primary suite, provides direct access to the outdoors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
