Primary bedroom 2 also features a King-size bed, TV, and a private balcony with a sitting area overlooking a gorgeous view. An additional alcove room/loft on this upper level features a twin daybed with a twin trundle and TV. On the lower level of the home, Bedroom 3 features a King-size bed, TV, fireplace, and a private outside patio with a jacuzzi. Bedroom 4 is furnished with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds, offering 4 Twin beds. The home is equipped with a private laundry room downstairs, offering a washer and dryer.


A two-car heated garage with a 7’4” clearance offers the ultimate convenience on those stormy days and includes an outdoor driveway large enough for 1 additional vehicle (in Summer only, due to snow storage and roof shedding). The garage includes newly-installed Gravity Grabbers to safely hold skis and snowboards. The home comes with a portable AC unit to help keep those Summer days cooler.


Guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club.
