Welcome to our recently renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath 2 Beds Mammoth Hütte apartment. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. We are located on the main road in downtown Mammoth Lakes, steps away from popular dining and less than a minute’s walk to a bus stop which offers easy access to Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort (
You will enter the apartment into a great room that comfortably combines the living and kitchen spaces into one open living experience. A wall of windows makes the space open and bright.
The kitchen includes a microwave, 2- burner cook top, fridge, coffee maker and a full array of utensils, dishes, pot and pans, etc so you have all you need to cook meals. The dining table allows for comfortable food serving and eating space.
The bathroom is off the great room and includes a tub/shower combo so you can soak your weary muscles after a long day on the mountain or can use it for a child’s bath before bedtime.
For your comfort, the bedroom has a queen-size Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress and the sofa bed has a queen-sized Ashley Furniture quality memory foam mattress which means no springs and a comfortable nights stay. Additionally, every window in the apartment is dressed with Eclipse Absolute Zero blackout curtains which will assist with getting a great night’s sleep.
The apartment offers high speed wifi and is equipped with a smartTV.
The apartment is child friendly.
If you are lucky enough to get significant amount of snow during your stay, you might hear the town snow plows clearing the roads and parking lot. A sound machine for sleeping is provided for those who are light sleepers.
There is no smoking of any kind on the premises. Pets are not allowed.
Parking
Secure garage parking is located under the apartment with a set of indoor stairs to reach the entrance of the apartment. The garage has ample space to store skis and bikes. There is a 220V outlet, Level 2 NEMA 14-50 outlet for electric vehicle charging also in the garage. No charging cable is provided. A maximum of 2 small to medium cars/trucks are allowed on the premises. Height of garage is 6'8".
Noise: Snowplows will be plowing both sides of the building when needed during day or night (during storms). Noise potential from other guests.
Internet: Internet connectivity and wifi is not guaranteed due to provider and mountain weather.

We offer no-contact/self-check-in services and follow industry standard enhanced cleaning policies between guests to ensure a clean and safe environment for your stay.
The Neighborhood
There is no need to drive anywhere and fight for parking at Mammoth Mountain. A town bus stop is within a block and gives access to the whole town and mountain lodges. You can catch the bus at Main Lodge and be back to the apartment bus stop in 15 minutes.
Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The grocery store is a 6 minute walk away. A bank w/ ATM is adjacent to the property.
Cameras are on the walkway and garages to monitor snow load.

perfect location.
We have used VRBO for many years and different locations throughout the United States. We were very pleased with our stay here. The location was perfect for golf, food, and walks. The only recommendation i would give is to put in a king size bed in the main room, as we had to sleep in separate beds. other than that, it was perfect!!

Great location close to transport and shops
Very clean, modern and comfortable. Storage bins provided for groceries or other supplies. No real need to use your car in bad weather, as you can walk to Red, Green or Purple bus line. Only criticism is that the walls were pretty thin so we could hear our neighbors frequently. We'd definitely stay again.

Great clean apartment!
Apartment was very clean and cutely decorated. The garages were a huge bonus and we left our skis and bikes in them which is great. There was EV charging so we didn’t have to use the super charging station in town that is usually full. Julie was communicative and overall the kitchen had everything you need to make meals. We will definitely stay here in the future again!

We absolutely fell in love with our accommodations. It was clean and bright. We were central to all that we needed. We could easily walk to Vons market, the creek, and rite aid to name just a few. We will definitely return
