About the Space:
This condo is a south-facing, corner unit with views. The space has a cabinesque feel, decorated with mountain décor. It offers a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, open floorplan, and updated luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare a delicious meal. There is a dining room table with bar seating. The living room has comfortable couches and a gas burning fireplace. Off the dining room is a private covered porch, with serene forest and mountain views.
This condo is a 1 + loft floorplan, with two full bathrooms, perfectly equipped for sleeping six people. The master bedroom is on the top floor and offers a queen-sized bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The second room is located upstairs in the loft, offering a queen-sized bed and single over single bunk beds. The loft bedroom has hallway access to the master bathroom upstairs. The second full bathroom is located downstairs off the main living area with a tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club. There is in-building coin-op laundry, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 1 pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), tennis courts (seasonal, bring your own racquets!), horseshoes, and game room.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There is one assigned garage space permitted, and one outdoor parking space permitted in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.
While this property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge, it sits atop a steep hill - the walk/drive is steep and during winter months may be slippery. During winter months, 4WD and/or chains/snow tires may be necessary.
**Important: this property is ski-in, not ski-out. Access to the ski-back trail is seasonal and depends on the amount of snow Mammoth has received during the ski season. Please check Mammoth Mountain's website for Canyon Lodge operation dates.
