All the staff were very friendly, Hotel keep clean, food was nice, staff clearing the plates away at meal times all very polite and efficient.

Check your room type.... New and Old ones differ!!

This is a hotel undergoing a refurb from top to bottom. The top 3 floors have excellent modern rooms. The lower three have rooms from the 80's. Dark wood and not in a good state. The refurb rooms are excellent. We lasted 5 minutes in the old room and had to pay for an upgrade to one of the new rooms.

Fantastic service & location

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and the food is nice with different themed nights. Will defiantly be staying here again.

Not impressed

The hotel doesn't worth 4 stars, maximum 2. The room furniture and hotel equipments look very out dated and the hotel needs renovation and improvements. Minibar and room safe don't work at all. Swimming pool is small for this size of hotel. Staff is not friendly.

Très bonne hôtel, personnnel de cuisine et en salle excellent, buffet matin midi et soir super toujours thème différent j ai adoré. Chambre nikel juste un souci chambre 424 impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte générateur fait énormément de bruit sinon je recommande cette hôtel et j 'y retourner sans problème à bientôt

Leuk hotel maar geen 4 sterren waard.

Mooi hotel maar geen 4 sterren waard maar 3 sterren. Onze kamer op de 6e verdieping was geweldig met 2x 2-persoonsbedden en groot balkon met uitzicht op zee. Minpunt is de smerige wc borstel die we niet gebruikt hebben maar wel vol zit met viezigheid van de vorige klanten. Dineren is een nachtmerrie, mensen staan in lange rijen te wachten en eenmaal binnen staat iedereen in elkaars nek te hijgen. De heren van de bediening zijn niet klantvriendelijk, er kan geen lachje van af alsof ze geen zin hebben te werken. Absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Zwembad ook veel te klein. Verder is de ligging van het hotel ideaal, zijn de dames van de receptie en bediening vriendelijk en zijn we zeer dankbaar dat we toch als koppel de mooie familiekamer hebben gekregen.

La chambre que j' ai payée avec balcon sur mer. Elle était au dessus de la piscine. Pas de remboursement de la différence. La restauration le bouquet. Du porc boeuf en sauce dur sans goût. Du poisson affreux. Grillades infectés. Personnels bien. Petite piscine. Fuyez cette adresse

Hotel uważam za dobry, czyste pokoje (sprzątane codziennie) , obsługa pomocna. Baseny czyste. Basen na dachu bardzo przyjemna opcja. Fajna lokalizacja. Minus taki ze bardzo cienkie ściany w pokojach, naprawdę wszystko słychać. I śniadania cały czas jednostajne, zawsze znajdzie się coś dla każdego ale monotonne..
