This was my second visit to this hotel, and was looking forward to the amenities of gym and pool. However on the second night of a three night visit, the fire alarm went off sporadically from 11pm-2am. After the first three times, I dressed and went down to the lobby with other guests where we were then informed one of the alarms was broken and they had called for an engineer to fix. The next morning, I did not have hot water and found out this was due to the fire alarm tripping the boiler. While I appreciate these circumstances were out of staff control, there was poor communication with guest about the situations and that they were aware and working towards solutions. However, they have a great eco-initiative where if you skip having your room cleaned (if you stay more than one night) you can get a €5 voucher for food. This is a great incentive and useful!

I’m a regular at the Radisson, it’s clean, the beds are so comfortable and the staff are amazing especially Lorin the night manager/porter. A friendly face after a long days work always.

Could not of been a better stay..
This was a last minute booking.. was in a need for an early check in and the lovely gentleman on check in Carlos was able to accommodate with a smile.. could not of been more helpful, it was due to this gesture that i decided to stay in the hotel for lunch and dinner and drinks rather than heading into the city which was the orginal plan.. thank you carlos, food was delicious in the bar.. there was a lovely barman.. paudie who was so helpful to other american guests and gave them recommendations on what to in Cork.. super hotel and amazing staff...will be staying here on my next visit to cork..

The restaurant had great service our first night. The second night it was not good. It is a noisy place in the restaurant and the tables are very close together. I think the staff members in restaurant have a lot of people to help. The front desk staff members were great and the location was safe and it had ample parking. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

In our opinion, this hotel was more business class, than a resort for vacation. Bathroom could have used an upgrade. Had bathtub, which was difficult to get in an out. Breakfast was great, many choices lots of options. Didnt eat dinner here due to less than favorable reviews from past guests. We should have looked closer to location as the hotel is not in walking distance to any shops/town. Disappointing after coming from Killarney.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Room was big, very clean and bed was very comfortable. Food in the bar was excellent, and very reasonable. Pool was a little cold and the showers/ changing area was not clean.
