Overall - Excellent!!!!
Amazing stay at this hotel. They think of everything and you can see this the moment you enter the unit. The staff are always available via a phone call 24/7 after office hours or via WhatsApp during office hours. Location was excellent and close to everything. Would definitely come back and stay here next time I am in Madrid!

Excellent location
We love staying in apartments when we travel if we can. This location was excellent. The unit was dusty. The door to the terrace was almost broken and was difficult to utilize. The neighbor’s burned some kind of fire the blew smoke and choke the use of the terrace to a minimum.

Madrid Stay
The stay was excellent. This property is very centrally located. There are 2 baggage storage near the property. I suggested them that if they can have couple of welcome water bottles that will be great, but other than that everything was awesome. Our apartment had access to roof terrace (pics added). Highly recommended.

Safe, quiet residential location away from the major tourist areas. 3-minute walk to the Chueca metro and 7 minutes to the Gran Via metro, which made it easy to get around Madrid. Liked that the San Anton market was nearby, which has a nice indoor food court and large grocery store. The unit also provided coffee for the coffee maker, and with an excellent bakery right around the corner, made it convenient for making breakfast or other meals. Unit comes with a compact washer/dryer combo if you need to do laundry. The only negative was uploading the check-in documents through the app did not work for me, so I finally had to take a picture and email it in. We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit, which was a little tight for our family of 4. However, it met all our needs and would stay here again.

Excellent option walkable to Gran Via (about 5min) and all main attraction from the center. Easy self check in. Communication with owners at all time via WhatsApp. Apartment is great, all appliances and amenities you might need. Highly recommended.

Good apartment with a great location
Check in was a little stressful because we were given an incorrect access code into the building. I called them and they said they would email me the correct code, but I told them I was outside the door with no WiFi, then they gave it to me over the phone. Once in we were able to retrieve the cards to enter the unit. Unit was clean, furniture a little worn, but comfortable. Kitchen had good pots, pans, utensils, oil, salt and pepper which is nice to provide. Also gave us a pod for the washing machine. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. Guest booklet is a very nice touch which includes good information. Location was fantastic. Near grocery store, restaurants and sites. We had a couple of issues with the unit. Toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night and coffee maker didn’t work. Since there is no one onsite you have to call or what’s app the apartment managers. They don’t open until 10:00am, but have an emergency service and a canned response. They did fix the toilet but never responded about the coffee maker not working properly. Improvement is needed with communication.

Nice apartment. Clean. Quiet Convenient location just a bit out of centre. Communication through the booking app didn't work well but they did reach out with check in procedures through email. Found check in forms difficult to upload. Nice to have basics for coffee in morning.

The only flaw in this stay was the bedroom tv was not connected to any service, so it was not functional. A little disappointing but overall not a huge deal. It's worth noting that the couch in the one bedroom interior unit does not pull out into a bed. We overlooked that and had to make it work. Our neighbors on the last night were quite loud but shut their party down early enough that we were able to sleep. Overall, would recommend and would definitely book again.

Light and Airy in Excellent Area
Bright and cheerful interior of our street side apt. that has 3 small balconies and double insulated windows that kept any street noise out during our sleep time. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and has washing machine if needed for clothes. Iron and Ironing board and clothes drying rack. So many restaurants, cafes and close to markets for wine, water and snacks. Kitchen has tea kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven Bed is comfortable with quality bedding. There is a pull-out couch if needed. A/C units in bedroom and open concept kitchen living area if needed We stayed 3 nights

Great apartment for the area
Check in was easy and all done by key codes. The place was clean and had all the amenities such as stove, full refrigerator, and washing machine for long stays. Bed was decent and big enough for two people. A little walk to city center, about 20 minutes, but wasn't too bad at all. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Would stay here again.

The location was great for seeing a non-touristy part of the city. The room was very small, but it had everything we needed and you don't go for big in Europe. I had an accident while at the apartment and the company couldn't have been any nicer. I would definitely recommend it for folks wanting to get away from the high tourist areas and see some real Madrid.
