Good over all.

The people were very nice, especially the morning person. The room was nice a little worn but clean. The bathroom not so much. There was a bar soap and shampoo bottle left from previous guest. Also hair in shower. Not the end of the world. Coffee was excellent

First time staying at an Avid. The hotel was not fancy but was perfect night rest during travels. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The building appeared to be maintained.

Great Customer Service

Overall my family and I had a good experience at this hotel. The only problem I found was for finding animal hair on a few of the pillows, I should have taken pictures. They did give us fresh pillow cases once we informed them, but that was a bit disappointing. Made me feel like the room wasn’t properly cleaned.

It's an old building, probably redone in the early 2000s. It could use some work, for sure. I think Marriott could give their guests a bit
