The staff was friendly and did their best to fix all problems we had. The first room we were given smelled like pee and mold. The second room was cleaner but the tv didn't work which the staff got working after we waited several hours. Both doors were very warped and difficult to open and close securely. The best part about this property was that the beds are comfortable.

The stay was not good …we had a big bug run across the bed ..it was like 12 am and when we called the front desk they told us we had to get a picture of it …one of the windows in the bathroom n door to the bedroom did not lock ..spider web was everywhere …inside n out of the cabin …wood in bedrooms was very dusty … no where to put soap in the shower …

Our room was clean and the parking was close by. We were walking distance from everything and they provided a shuttle to the ferry. The only problem we had with the room itself was the very poor lighting.

The cabin itself had cobwebs and dust everywhere. The couch has served many years and needs replacing. There was no extra blankets available in the cottage. No blinds over the kitchen sink area. No night stand or lamp in the bedroom on the first floor, (no room in bedroom for a night stand) Got an extra light from the front desk because there was only one light in the living area and it was gloomy in there. No light over sink in the bathroom, hard to shave. Will not be going back, no value for the money
