We arrived late and our key cards did not work and there was no resolution to that, so once the staff let us in the room, we just had to manage without. Not a huge deal since it was 1 night, but a little annoying. Otherwise, very clean and no other bumps.

Such a great experience. Very clean!! Welcoming and kind staff. I took my dog and they had grounds to walk him and multiple dog curbing stations. We didn’t have breakfast there but the coffee was delicious.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were fantastic, especially the receptionist who checked us in that evening and the lady at the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the mattress was unbelievably comfy. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fastest hotel check-in I’ve ever had. We arrived at 10pm. The staff was so friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean. Our room was perfect and set to a cold temperature. I would recommend when coming to Lynchburg to stay here. Very pleased!

This was very convenient location for visiting the universities. In a very safe area without easy foot-traffic. We didn’t have to worry about our vehicles being broken into. We will stay here again when the need arises.
