It was okay for one night
When we first got to the room, there was a very heavy chemical smell (not that big of a deal once we turned the air on). The couch was a whole other story. There was an unknown white substance all over the couch cushions and behind the throw pillow on the couch…there also needs to be more than one very small trash can and trash bag in the room. We had to go to the front desk and ask for trash bags but she couldnt find any, so she ended up giving us one extremely large black bag for trash. The bed wasn’t comfortable but the linens were clean. The breakfast was just meh. I would t want to stay here again if I was staying more than one night.

Nice location to the airport. The room was spacious however the bathroom was dirty. The shower wasn’t clean. The glass in the bathroom they had to use was dirty with white stuff dripping down the side of the glass. I probably wouldn’t stay again just due to the bathroom but overall room was ok.

Went for Louder Than Life. Hotel was in the perfect location. Employees were so friendly. Especially Laverne (spelling) and Shannon, the manager. Room was very spacious and clean and the breakfast was really good as well! Thank you for our little Kentucky Derby plate for our anniversary!!!

Week long stay
The room was very comfortable but very limited storage available for a place that appeals to longer stays. It seemed to exchange “suites” for the basic dresser, closet, etc. the bathroom lighting was insufficient and kept going out. We did not get room service everyday and when we did get it it was at odd hours - like 7:30am. Or it would be partial service such as clean towels but no new bedding or making the bed/ taking out trash. The staff was all really nice and pleasant though. Breakfast was sufficient but coffee was subpar.
