We couldn’t watch TV no remote.the water didnt get hot.they were tell people different prices for parking.Told one lady $55 tryed to tell me $55 a night until i showed them the email where it said $42 a night.Parking was horrible

Hotel is nice, but I was confused on the actual housekeeping. It did not come in day one. I asked the front desk and they told me "housekeeping is by request only". So I told them to clean the second day and that still did not happen. After 4 phone calls, someone finally showed up. I know this was a thing during Covid but did not know hotels still did this and if so just tell me at check in. We should not have to guess if there is going to be housekeeping.

It was a nice place to stay. It was very close to the airport and they provided a shuttle, but it was far away from everything, but it was still a great visit. It’s perfect if you get a rental. I will still stay here again. The staff was very professional.
