Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Pros: location to beach, friendly front desk staff, nice lobby, cute snack bar Cons: paper thin walls between rooms, awful smell in hallway, in on room the phone & AC was not working - I called front desk to make them aware. Said they’d be up to the room in 10 min. Never showed. On the out for the night, stopped at the desk. They wanted to enter room while we were out meanwhile all our stuff was in the room. Was not comfortable with that. So it was never looked at and front desk would not offer a discount. Broken curtain rod, uncomfortable bed, and window installed AC unit was poorly installed. We got there at 4:15 PM, but they said our room wasn’t ready yet. They only have one person working the entire hotel at night. We couldn’t get our TV to work and the front desk attendant said he had to do it himself. After waiting an hour, we told him not to bother. We heard people in the hallway throughout the entire night. Outside of the location, this hotel is pretty bad.

First off property stated free parking which they don’t have it was $25 per night. There was no air conditioning place was so hot I couldn’t sleep all night called the front desk the dude said it was an electrical problem. All night there were people yelling and fighting. I wanted to go and sleep in my car it was the worse experience I ever had. Definitely will not recommend

We got there and there was no rooms available. Only a room with a twin bed when we ordered two queens. There was no electricity which they told us about so the only outlet that worked was the one in the bathroom. And there was blood on the pillow. If we would’ve known we wouldn’t have made the trip.

Yelp reviews are terrible but I did not find anything to complain about. The price of rooms are very reasonable so I did not expect luxury. Rooms were small but clean. Beds were comfortable. Location is great. Parking was a pain in the evening but easy walk.

My family arrived at midnight after the Anderson .Paak show at nearby Jones Beach Theater. We were told that our room was taken (double king beds); they offered us rooms but those had been just painted earlier today. Of course we were not going to sleep in rooms freshly painted; that could be toxic. I drove 2 hours into Connecticut and found a hotel. Extremely tired and disappointed with Expedia and the hotel.

This place was old, not updated, noisy, smelly and unsafe. People lived here and it smelled of weed and people yelling No privacy. Dirty, old, run-down interior and ancient elevator that can't be safe.
