LOWER FLAT - 1 BED/1 BATH - 920 SQ FT urban space blends the Flats sophisticated design with the building's historic vibe (exposed architectural metal, rock & concrete) to create the perfect launchpad for any adventure.

Located on the lower level of 22 East Center, this unique urban studio is just a few steps from Logan’s Main Street. The Lower Flat features a Queen Bed, (outfitted with MALOUF luxury linens & fully adjustable base), pub height dining solution provides a comfortable nook for eating, playing games or working, enough lounge space for five guests & a transforming coffee table to TV tray for eating & gaming while enjoying a 65” smart TV.

The Kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, induction hotplate, pancake griddle, basic spices, and more. The ensuite bathroom has a large enclosed shower fully stocked with Aveda shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Free Self-Service Guest Laundry is available next to the bathroom.

Perfect Parents Weekend Accommodations
We stayed in the Lower Flat for USU Parents weekend and it was such a perfect location for it. We were very close to campus but also close to lots of restaurants as well as the start of the homecoming parade. This felt like home away from home with a great sitting area, very comfortable bed and amenities like a Kuren and full sized laundry. We will definitely be back during our son’s 4 years at Utah State.

Interesting property...
This property provided some GREAT luxury and fun design. Regrettably, there is an unfortunately placed pot-hole cover in the road just outside, and the noise of cars driving over that was significant and an irritation. (I suggest including some water feature that guests can turn on with distilled water that will drown that traffic sound out...or some spiritualist/meditative sound track that would help ameliorate the irritation) Property itself was very fun, clean, comfortable, and had a great location. However, VERY limited, on-street parking. Overall, a great property, would definitely stay again!

Came into Logan for a wedding and found this adorable loft style flat. Flat faces the Tabernacle and is surrounded by eateries, but you've got a microwave, fridge and kitchen supplies. Clean, neat and convenient.

The entire process was wonderful. The loft was super cool and modern. I had been concerned that it it was a lower level with only one small window but the place turned out to be perfect. Loved the decor and location. Everything was wonderful.
